I’ve lived here almost half a year and I am pretty sure we made a great decision to live in the Octagon and in this Roosevelt Island. I hear amenity is the best in this Island from other friends and they often say they envy me living in the Octagon.
I take yoga classes provided by the Guided Fitness and it’s super nice for refresh and also free for residents:) My kids also enjoy the life in the Octagon. Because it’s north in the island, less car, quiet and clean(this is the best part for my kids, completely different from Manhattan!) The view is breathtaking.
Management and concierge are very friendly and nice. This is the real hidden gem:)
Love living here! The gym is AMAZING- it’s incredible that we have a squat rack, and three fitness classes a week. I love my apartment, and having washer dryer in unit is a game changer. Thanks to Mary, Cera, and Brianna for always answering my questions and making sure my apartment is perfect.
The Octagon is the greatest! I love having parking available for my car, and the gym is amazing too. I wouldn't live anywhere else. All the staff are amazing ~ Cera, Mary, Brianna, Jennifer, and James have all been extremely helpful. Highly recommend.
